Kaz & Associates wrote and developed the SWPPP through WDID # issuance (the WDID # is the storm water permit # FYI), completed various SWPPP amendments as needed, conducted full-service monitoring activities (i.e. we conducted every inspection for the project, weekly and pre/during/post rain events), filed all required Annual Compliance Reports with the water board, and filed the Notice of Termination to close the project out.
The job concluded July 2024, with 100% Compliancy.
